Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made before 48 hours of delivery of an order.
Returns and Refund Policy
We are proud of the products we sell and hope that you like them as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any purchase ( except products made of flowers or flowers themselves and eatables) you have made from our website, simply contact us within 21 days of shipment at support@florenzaa.com for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include:
- Your name, Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- The reason for the return (optional, but we’d love to use your feedback to improve our products)
Please note:
- All products made of Flowers and flowers themselves will not be refunded
- All the eatables will not be refunded
Delayed Delivery Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders are shipped within 0-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and shipment delivery subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Florenzaa is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
